Diagnosis
Lateral ocelli situated close to eyes (ratio POL/OOL 7.3); hind tibial spur strong, 0.4X as long as length of tarsus; fore wing speculum large, without admarginal setae on lower membrane; median propodeum predominantly reticulate, with only anteromedian 1/5 smooth and shiny, or completely reticulate; petiole transverse, 0.5X as long as width of base; first gastral tergite with hairtufts anterolaterally, posterior margin straight.
